First step: Please make sure that your family's account information is updated for the 24-25 school year, including your student's grade level. You can do that here.

Each year, Shepton Band students need to purchase a variety of Band Essentials for the upcoming marching season.

When ordering your student's Band Essentials, please follow these tips:

  • Please place your order no later than July 24 to ensure that your student receives a shirt prior to our first performance! 
  • Make sure to purchase the correct bundle for your student's current grade!

How do I order a Band Boosters Membership? This year, the essentials are bundled together with a Band Boosters membership to make it easy!

 

Why is my Band Boosters Membership Important? Parents who join the Shepton Band Boosters can

  • Show your student that you support them in their band journey!
  • Help fund activities for the band with your membership dues!
  • Sign up for volunteer opportunities for helping during games, contests, and social activities!
  • Meet and get to know other Shepton Band parents!
  • And so much more! 

The Shepton Band Boosters is an all-volunteer organization and we would love to have your help! Even just one hour of your time this year is guaranteed to make a HUGE difference. 

 

As reminder, all Shepton volunteers must renew their PISD background checks each school year through the VOLY Plano ISD volunteer management system. Make sure to select Shepton as one of your schools of choice! You can access VOLY at http://plano.voly.org/ during July. For more details on the PISD volunteer approval process, please visit pisd.edu/volunteer.

The Shepton Band Boosters provide many services to our band students, and is funded solely by parent donations. Your tax-deductible donation supplements the funds that Plano ISD provides to Shepton Band.
